All of the breeder links on this website are from Puggle Nation members or satisfied puggle owners from other forums or groups that I belong to. Some puggle breeders have provided their own links to us.
When a member recommends a breeder and/or provides a breeder link, I personally visit the website and read over their policy, shipping information, breeding program, etc. I also google them to see if there are any complaints or their name associated with a puppymill posted anywhere on the net.
Now, one person may praise a breeder to the heavens and another person may have had a horrible experience with the same breeder. It is responsibility of the buyer to evaluate the breeder before signing any forms or entering into any financial agreements.
I would suggest to anyone who follows a link from this website to do your homework, talk to the breeder in person if possible, ask questions, ask the breeder for references, see their place, don't ever buy a pup without personally visiting where he or she was born and raised.

We now have several breeders and our Forum Consultant, Kentucky Puggles at Puggle Nation. I'm not a breeder, and I'm not an expert...I just own a puggle. I'll add, there is a ton of information on the internet about the subject of breeding. But we all know the best information comes from those who are experienced at it. If you have questions for any of the breeders here, please do so in the "Ask a Breeder" board.
The following is a list of places to start your puggle search via the internet.

Note: Do your homework. If you havent read "How to find a Reputable Breeder", please do so before you contact a breeder. And listen to your inner voice, it's there for a reason. Get references if needed.
Offline Search
Get the word out. Let your family, friends, church members, and co-workers know you are looking to get a pet. One or all of these people will know someone who knows someone who breeds puppies or puggles.
You can also find reputable breeders by asking for referrals from your veterinarian or trusted friends, by contacting local breed clubs, or visiting dog shows.
Remember, a reputable breeder will never sell their dogs through a pet store or in any other way that does not allow them to thoroughly meet with and interview you to ensure that the puppy is a good match for your family and that you will provide a responsible lifelong home.
Don't rule out your local Animal Shelter/Rescue. There are puggles in animal shelters for many of reasons. All of them are not there because of behavioral or medical issues, i.e. A family who didnt anticipate the amount of time it takes to care for a pup. The Christmas puppy that has lost his/her appeal after growing up. A landlord who doesnt allow pets of any kind. And so on.
Another option is to Foster a puggle or any pup. Find out if you are really ready for the lifetime commitment.
See Puggle Adoption/Rescue board for more information on fostering and adoption.
